Envision and Strategize:
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of a not-for-profit agency, we helped the decision-makers identify potential options for additional services they could offer through existing distribution points. We addressed market needs, range of options for new services, existing infrastructure, resources and culture, regulatory issues, investment required, and potential barriers to success.
Analyze and Solve:
Collaborating with a regulatory agency, Re:Sources specialists helped restructure a company that had undergone sudden management and ownership turnover. We analyzed financial, technological, and distribution systems to identify areas for enhancement, development, and integration. We interviewed staff at all levels to create a 360º assessment of organizational effectiveness, and recommended HR plans to manage transition to future capabilities.
Strategize and Innovate:
Through a trade association, in collaboration with a market research team, we developed a new distribution strategy and process for a major Asian insurance company. The project included defining the market segments, recommending products to be offered, and developing sales channel descriptions, processes, and training materials for each level of the sales and distribution sequence.
Solve:
In partnership with a global company’s Legal and Compliance Division, Re:Sources developed practical, cross-culturally appropriate training materials for the corporate ethical business program. In developing the program, solutions had to be created for multi-cultural, multi-national, and multi-lingual considerations. Training had to be deliverable in a variety of media, including live classroom training, on-line self-directed, and remote individual learning.
